What has SPS Fulfillment done so far to improve

Let's start by talking about what we've done so far . Well, since the end of 2022, when SPS Fulfillment was born, we've achieved many significant results. For example, we've established partnerships with major couriers, such as PosteItaliane and UPS .
In addition to this, we are now working alongside a large company, Tucano , and in particular we are managing the Tucano Warehouse initiative, which we told you about in this article on our blog. Furthermore, initially we limited ourselves to the national market, but now we have organized ourselves to ship to Europe with excellent results.
Of course, all this would not be possible if there was no organization behind it, in fact, over the years we have understood what works and what does not. In particular, one aspect that has given us a great boost was understanding how to find the best products for our customers and how to get them to us on time.
Furthermore, we also understood that customer service is very important and we need to follow customers in all phases, being patient and knowing how to calmly answer all their questions, even when they ask a lot.
How we are still improving

After having consolidated the foundations of our fulfillment service, we are now working to make it even more efficient , fast and reliable . Our goal is to optimize every phase of logistics, so as to offer our customers an increasingly fluid and seamless experience.
One of the most significant improvements concerns the automation of processes . We are investing in new warehouse management software that allows us to track each order in real time, minimizing errors and speeding up the preparation of shipments. This allows us to guarantee greater precision and speed, especially during periods of greater order influx.
Shipping logistics is also evolving. We have expanded our network of logistics partners to ensure even more flexibility and reduced delivery times. In addition, we are working to introduce more sustainable and efficient packaging solutions, so as to reduce waste and improve volume management in transport.
Another area we are focusing on is customer service . We know how important it is to provide quick and comprehensive answers, so we have strengthened our support team, improved communication channels and introduced tools that allow us to respond in a more timely and personalized manner.
Finally, we never stop analyzing data and collecting feedback to identify any room for improvement, including through reviews on Google or TrustPilot . Every new challenge is an opportunity for us to grow, and everything we are doing now is designed to offer fulfillment that increasingly lives up to our customers' expectations.
